The UK shows were produced by Terry Henebery, likely from the same production team he worked with on Jazz 625, with input from CBC in Canada and ABC in Australia.
Each show will be recorded in the UK, Australia and Canada with each of the six shows broadcast in each country. The first band up band were The Commonwealth Big Band, with Tubby Hayes as the musical director.
The CBC shows featured The Rob McConnell Quartet, The Tony Collacott Trio, The Jimmy Dale Big Band and The Sonny Greenwich Quartet all introduced by Toronto disc jockey Phil MacKellar. The ABC produced shows starred Graeme Bell and his All Stars, Judy Bailey and The Don Burrows Quartet while the UK shows featured The Kenny Baker All Stars with Tony Coe and Dudley Moore. The UK segments were introduced by Benny Green.
